What is Protect Citizen



Protect Citizen is a Non-Government Organization with reference number 760/RGB/ NGO/LP/12/2020, that was formed to provide legal assistance, education and health services to vulnerable people.

Our Vision



Protect Citizen is to be the leader organization regrouping legal assistance in Human Rights, Early Learning and healthcare in Rwanda and in the region.

Our Mission



Protect Citizen aims at:
  • Promoting peace and reconciliation;
  • Promoting Conflict resolution;
  • Fighting Human Trafficking activities;
  • Providing Early Learning services to transform the education system;
  • Offering health services, including comprehensive reproductive health and maternal care;
